Blackhead and Whitehead Removal Techniques

Black and white dots appear on all skin types. They clog the pores and are the main cause of acne is formed on the skin. To prevent acne and get clear skin you need to remove blackheads and whiteheads on the skin. A change in lifestyle, routine, diet and care plan will help the skin heal blackheads and whiteheads on the skin.

The first step to eliminate blackheads and whiteheads on your skin is to clean your skin well. If you have oily skin, then you should wash your face 3-4 times a day. For normal to dry skin wash your face 2-3 times a day.

Use gentle cleansers with no added perfumes, fragrances these could aggravate the skin condition. Avoid using cleaning products or products that have alcohol in them because they tend to dry out the skin.

Use a gentle exfoliator on your face. Almond and apricot facial scrubs help get rid of dry skin on your face and also prevent formation of blackheads and whiteheads. You should exfoliate your skin at least once a week.

Rub the cream on your face in circular motions, which will increase blood flow to the skin, get rid of blackheads and whiteheads while cleansing the pores and get rid of dirt and oil that can be trapped in the skin.

Use an alcohol-free toner on your skin to close the pores after using a face scrub or after washing your hair.

If you notice black and white dots forming on your nose, you can use strips of moves that are designed to get rid of dirt and oils that part of your face.

Steaming your face will open the pores and makes the removal of blackheads and whiteheads easy. Use a cotton or flannel and put pressure on your skin and wipe in the opposite direction of your skin. This way, you will be able to remove the blackheads from the skin surface.
