Demi Moore Checked into Utah Treatment Facility for Addiction, Reports Say: While her daughter Tallulah Willis celebrates its 18th anniversary in Los Angeles today, new reports indicate that Demi Moore has checked herself into Cirque Lodge in Utah to receive treatment according to the questions.

49-year-old allegedly went to the Sundance site a week or so after the 911 was placed with her LA home back in January, claiming that Demi was collapsed with the capture of the symptoms after a “smoking something.”
After the incident, the source of the E! Online says that Demi knew “that her way of coping with their stress is not working and she needed extra help,” especially while going through a divorce with Ashton Kutcher.
