Feeding Your Hair

Your hair like the rest of your body, benefits from a healthy balanced diet. Remember: extreme dieting deprives your hair of essential nutrients. Make the following a high priority:

Lost of fresh fruit and vegetable (dark green leaf once) eatren eaten raw whenever possible.

–          Plenty of whole grains and dried fruits.

–          Protein taken regularly but in moderation.

–          Eight to ten glasses of fresh water daily.

–          Limit intake of refined carbohydrates, saturated fats, coffee, tea, sugar and salt.
